Vintage Vegas

There are not too many places in Las Vegas anymore that still have that vintage feel. Downtown is one of those, and if you go past Freemont street you will find what is left of old Vegas. Most of the motels are deserted or run down but still have the vintage neon signs up. I recommend going for the day to walk around and then stopping by The Ferguson and Container Park which are gentrified areas with hipster bars, shops, and restaurants. The surrounding area is more than a bit dodgy but if you really want to see the old signs you have to walk around, just be safe and aware.
